Bob Pomeroy
CEO
Bob Pomeroy, Chief Executive Officer of the Pomeroy Group, has over 25 years of experience in hotel operations. As both an owner and operator in the hotel and hospitality industry, he has established the Pomeroy Group as being the premier hotel group in Northern Alberta and British Columbia.
Ryan Pomeroy
President
Ryan Pomeroy officially assumed Presidency in spring of 2006. He strongly believes that management with professional, dedicated individuals working as a cohesive team is the most effective way to achieve success. While obtaining his business education at the University of Manitoba, Ryan was an MVP member of the university volleyball team. His skills resulted in a professional career in the sport and he played worldwide in the European Volleyball League. It is only natural that his main expertise lies in the hospitality industry and he continues to pursue the company’s steady growth of hotels, motels, and restaurants throughout Northern Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario. His goal is to maximize operational efficiency through effective communication within the organizational structure as well as with the company’s shareholders; to operate with the highest standard of corporate governance.
Serge Hombert, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
Serge assumed the position of CFO for the Pomeroy Group on May 1, 2007. Prior to his appointment with the company, he was Director of Finance for Intrawest Corp’s central reservations division in Vancouver, BC. (Formerly Resort Reservations Inc) His many years of senior management experience include Controllerships and Assistant Controllerships with Samoth Capitol Corp (Vancouver), Agentis Information Systems (New Westminster) and Sherrit Gordon (Fort Saskatchewan). In this permanent corporate position, Serge oversees daily financial management of the entire Pomeroy Group and is an integral part of the corporate planning for the continual growth of the company.

Stefan Nasalski
Vice President, Operations
In 2007, after two years as General Manager of the prestigious Hilton Suites Winnipeg Airport, Stefan Nasalski joined the Pomeroy Group as a Regional Manager, hotel operations division. His extensive experience in the branding and administration of high quality hotels gives the company another valuable asset in its strategic planning for the future. Stefan represents the perfect skills needed for the hospitality industry: business education, experience at every level, pride in accomplishment and an enthusiastic team approach to leadership. Jennifer Doucette
Director of Human Resources
Originally from Newfoundland, Jennifer has recently joined the company as Director of Human Resources. She completed her Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations (BHRLR) in October of 2009 and was awarded the 2009 Alberta Institute of Human Resources Scholarship. Jennifer has the responsibility of promoting the Pomeroy Group and its employee benefits to potential employees through various recruitment venues. She also works to ensure that all current employees are aware of policies and procedures. By implementing retention initiatives and ensuring awareness of all employee rights and opportunities, Jennifer will continue to help build and retain a cohesive team and positive work environment.
Susie Goodwin
Director of IT
Susie Goodwin, Director of Information and Training, handles all the IT work for the Pomeroy properties and operations. Susie began working with the Pomeroy Group in 2002 as a contractor to represent Pos Technologies for the ESM opening in Grande Prairie. Since then, she has been involved in more than 40 restaurant openings and plays a key role in the implementation and training of the computer systems with management and staff. Susie keeps herself updated on the most current news and trends in the financial, reservation, human resource and training computer systems and her willingness to assist with other divisions of the company have made her a valued member of the team.
Christy Doucette
Brand Performance Manager
Christy Doucette, Brand Performance Manager for the Pomeroy Inn and Suites and the Pomeroy Hotel, is responsible for the innovative development of our flag ship brand. As the company continues to grow, she will help guide the new branding through new and exciting markets. Prior to this position, Christy worked for the Pomeroy Group as the Administrator and then General Manager of the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Grande Prairie where she acquired large hotel brand experience.

Allison Pomeroy
Purchasing & Design
As Purchasing and Design Manager, Allison Pomeroy coordinates the interior color schemes, décor and design for all the projects owned and developed by the Pomeroy group. Prior to this new position, Allison was a Regional Hotel Manager for the Pomeroy Group and General Manager of the Holiday Inn Grande Prairie.

Rick Vieira
Project Manager
Rick Vieira has been Head of Construction for Pomeroy Group since 2004, overseeing and managing the construction on all of the company’s properties including but not limited to: the Holiday Inn, Eastside Mario’s, Ramada Inn & Truck Stop and Super 8. His 20-plus years of experience in building and construction have earned him the recognition of professional achievement and integrity throughout Alberta and BC. Under Rick’s supervision, the structures that bear the Pomeroy Group name have been built to the highest standards and reflect our ongoing pride of ownership.

Carole Davis
Regional Sales Manager, BC and
A marketing professional with formal training in administration, sales and management, Carole joined the Pomeroy Group in September 2008 and works out of her Calgary-based office. With years of experience in the travel, hotel, alcohol and movie industries, she not only has acquired a keen insight into the hospitality business but she has also earned the respect from top level executives throughout Western Canada. Shelley Hooey-Jones
Director of Accounting
Shelley joined the Pomeroy Group as one of the Controllers in February 2009. She received her Applied BA with a major in accounting, along with three additional accounting certificates, from SAIT in Calgary and she has worked in accounting for more than 20 years. Her hospitality experience is a great asset to the company as past positions include controllerships and accounting with the G8 Conference, the World Petroleum shows, Canada Pizza and the Vintage Group and The Deerfoot Inn and Casino, all in Calgary.
Dianne Cazes
Controller
A member of the accounting division, Dianne works in Fort St.John, BC. Her busy satellite office is right in the hub of activity in the Pomeroy Hotel complex where she is Controller of Chances Gaming Centre. Prior to joining the company in October of 2007, Dianne worked for 6 years with the CA firm of Sander Rose Trobak in Fort St.John and 4 years with Community Futures Development Corporation of Peace Liard in Fort St John.
